Expert and Coach: Write a Nonfiction Book to Build Your Business, Tell Your Story, and Leave Your Legacy

Bonnie is one of a limited number of professionals with the unique skills of a book shepherd, meaning she coaches and guides clients through all the stages of a nonfiction book project, from conception to publication. More than an editor and publication guide, Bonnie is a skilled marketing professional who is laser-focused on the business and legacy power of books.

Bonnie’s first job out of college was as the buyer in a bookstore—before Amazon.com and big box bookstores. Responsible to make decisions to stock the store (and return to the publisher what didn’t sell—at a loss), Bonnie became a student of what motivates people to buy books.

Bonnie earned her Master’s Degree in Rhetoric and Communication from the University of Pittsburgh. She then worked in Training at corporations like H.J. Heinz and Mellon Bank (now BNY Mellon).

By the time she started inCredible Messages in 2004, Bonnie was an expert in coaching professionals to deliver compelling business presentations. She soon learned, however, that executives who can “wing” presentations struggle mightily when writing the same message. In response, Bonnie created the S.C.O.R.E. Method to Write with Less Stress and More Success.

When advances in printing made publishing available to all, Bonnie’s work evolved to specialize in coaching executives and other experts to write business and legacy books. She brings her knowledge of selling books, writing, persuading, publishing, and project management to every project.

Bonnie blends high-energy, humor, and a cut-to-the chase style with motivation and encouragement. Her practical techniques save her clients time and frustration while helping them showcase their expertise through creating content.

Bonnie resides and works in Pittsburgh PA, coaching authors nationwide to realize their dream of writing a nonfiction book.
